Eligibility to attend
Creative Minds thrives on the diversity and rich collective heritages of the families in the immediate and wider community. All families and their children are eligible to attend Creative Minds Early Learning Centre. Creative Minds Early Learning Society and its employees do not discriminate on the basis of source of income, family status, political or religious belief, race, colour, gender, marital status, age, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited grounds of discrimination. The majority of the children reside in the immediate neighbourhood. Other families come from various parts of Greater Vancouver including Burnaby and Richmond.

• Enrolment is open to children 2.5 years of age through school age (grade 1)
• There is a maximum number of two, 2.5 year old children at any one time.

Fees
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $200. Fees are due on the first day of the month via e-transfer.
Effective September 2023 there is a deposit of $1000.00 required at the time of registration which will be returned upon adequate notice of withdrawal (2 months).

BC Government approved monthly full time monthly fee effective September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 is $1609.00. We are part of the Provincial Fee Reduction Initiative  Fees will be reduced by $545.00 per month for children ages 3 to school age and $900 per month for children under 3 years old.  Additional reductions will come into effect for those receiving the Affordable Child Care Benefit.
